I use this on any meat.

Ingredients

• ½ cup (125 ml) sugar
• ⅛ cup (31 ml) garlic salt
• ⅛ cup (31 ml) onion salt
• ⅛ cup (31 ml) celery salt
• ⅛ cup (31 ml) seasoned salt
• ¼ cup (50 ml) black pepper
• ¼ cup (50 ml) paprika
• ¼ cup (50 ml) chile powder
• 1 teaspoon (5 ml) dry mustard
• ¼ teaspoon (1 ml) oregano
• ¼ teaspoon (1 ml) cumin
• ¼ teaspoon (1 ml) ginger
• ¼ teaspoon (1 ml) cloves

Directions

Combine all ingredients in a jar and shake till mixed.

Rub generously on pieces of meat.
